Julie Grant
Julie Grant is the Chief Financial Officer of the Bermuda Airport Authority. Appointed in March 2023, she brings 30 years’ experience in finance, accounting, strategic leadership, corporate governance, and risk management.
Mrs. Grant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Birmingham City University. She is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant, (CIMA UK) and a Chartered Public Account (CPA Bermuda). Prior to joining the Authority, Julie served in many leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Ministry Controller and Head of Finance & Administration.
Mrs. Grant served as a Board Member and Finance Committee Chair for the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority. She was also a Board member for the John Taylor Hospice in Birmingham (UK) and served on the Audit Committee for Coventry University (UK). Julie was also an Account Executive with Aon Insurance Managers and Financial Controller for Charles Taylor PLC.
She holds a teaching certificate for Adult Education and has lectured for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Association of Accounting Technicians, on topics such as on Information for Decision Making and on Financial Accounting.
